Why haven't I received my email confirmation?

This could happen for a few reasons:

You might have mistyped your email address, there could be a problem with mail server (rare), or if you have some kind of auto-response system set up that requires clicking a confirmation link in order to add our email address to your 'safe sender's list' before you will receive the email (Earthlink has this option).

For the last one, sorry for the inconvenience but while we understand the need to control spam, we don't do those types of confirmations. To ensure that you receive our confirmation message with your responses and application ID#, please add us to your address book before filling out the form: applications <at> wizenedwizards <dot> com.
